I am loading these pictures on day 3 because there's not enough room for all the photos I want to add in day 2!
Sunday 08-03-08 Day 3
Don’t know if I need to start about the Lady (Jacque) and her daughter or the Church service (did I mention it’s very hot here?!) Jacque is a super cool single mom (she rawks at being a mom). We have so much in common! Our lives, our background or history is pretty similar. Her daughter, Crystal, she’s 8. She’s cool! (I am starting to miss my kids.) Anyways, Jacque and I went walking today. She has a walking path right outside her apartment building. It’s great getting to know her. At Church (no Sunday school) Greg preached. 1st off, they sing for awhile. Sing and pray; sing and pray. It’s pretty neat. Something I wish we did more often. Greg preached again on how we limit God. I had 3 new statements to write.
It’s so hot here, I have a constant headache. I’ve tried getting rid of it, but nothing really seems to work. I was finally blessed when I woke up this morning, after praying in the middle of the night, my left ear finally stopped ringing.
We are going to Ronnie’s house (should already be there) for a “pool party” get together. I’m excited, a little.
I am feeling a little sad, but all things for the glory of God.
